任尧,博士后,副教授,硕士生导师,食品工程系副系主任,负责科研和研究生工作,主要从事功能营养食品方面工作,食源性蛋白质开发利用,功能活性肽、呈味肽研究,长期致力于天然活性分子的功能性、营养学评价,各类新资源食品、农产品精深加工开发。主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士后面上基金项目、四川省自然科学基金、省科技厅重点项目和成都市基础应用项目及企业合作项目20多项。在国际重要SCI学术刊物发表论文50余篇,中科院1区20余篇,作为Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food ChemistryFood &Function等国际学术期刊特邀审稿人,授权国家发明专利20多项,主编和参编教材著作5部。
